This is the well known problem in 2.0.30 that was fixed by DaveM's
patch in pre-2 (and maybe pre-1). Basically, the tcp_good_socknum
code is hosed. However, it appears that this fix is not making it
into 2.0.3x yet, so it may be worth dusting off my version of
the patch and sending it in.
