OK I'll give you a non-bug report.

pre11b has been fine so far on my system (Intel 200Mhx MMX, HX chipset, 64MB,
IDE, NE2000 (haven't used that yet but IP seems OK over PPP), compiled with
egcs 1.0.2 -mpentium -march=pentium -O2. ioport.c taken from 2.1.88
