I'll add a 'however' to this. Most times, it hardly matters how friendly
folks are. Get any 20 people working together on something, and you have
frictions, arguments, and suchlike. And look what happens to, say, the
guy from Marketing when he walks in and asks the same questions that
someone else asked yesterday...and the day before....and the day before
that...and the day before that..

Now multiply everying by a thousand or so. There are thousands of people
here, all burning their free time, and getting on each-other's nerves.
Not all of them are saints....but even the ones that are will bite when
they get asked the same question for maybe the hundredth time in a
month. The stresses and strains of working on a project this big fray
the temper. Life's like that.
