103 works with my NE2000.

Just a quick positive report. 103 does not have the NE2000 clone interrupt loss
problem on my 2xPPro 200 box which plagued 97-102.

It correctly reports that the NE2000 & aic7xxx are LEVEL and everything else as
EDGE in /proc/interrupts.
