Applications that won't die...

I have had a problem for a while, where applications that have worked
fine under 2.0.33 have problems shutting down under 2.1.1xx. In
particular, Netscape 4.05 and X11amp seem to hang around after shutting
the application down.

X11amp I can usually do a "killall x11amp" to stop the process.
Netscape, however, often requires a "kill -9", and sometimes even that
won't stop the process. I have to reboot to clear it.

Thanks,

jf
