I'm running linux-2.1.124 on an Alpha Avanti 233Mhz w/ZLXp-E2
24-plane DEC 21030 TGA adapter. I'm using the framebuffer console, and for
the most part, it's pretty excellent. :) However, I've noticed some very
strange problems with mondo text activity. Sometimes, when there is a lot
of redrawing (number one occurance is when I "dir" with ncftp), the display
will slowly paint each line, one at a time, from left to right. While this
is happening, I can not do anything with the system at all. Any ideas?
