Highly doubtful, but it's worth looking into. If so, it becomes incredibly
easy, and even kindof quick.

Unfortunately, the information density of plain text patches with
checksums is pretty darn low, so this approach will cost a few cents per
K. But for the ability for the US to contribute to the crypto kernel
effort it's probably worth it.
