it also happen to me..

i'm doing a buggy module which uses an also buggy device.. for education
purposes.. and i must to use "MOD_INC_USE_COUNT;" two times.. w/o doing it..
the module seems unloadable..

AFAIK it seems like module_release() its called after just after
module_open().. but i dont know why..
