amd29240 is a RISC microcontroller that needs only 1 cycle to
complete all instruction including multipliing and dividing (except
memory transfert and a few others),
with 192 registers, 4kb cache, 4Gb virtual addr space, 304Mo phys
addr space, full 32 bits, usable with 8bits, 16bits and 32bits ROM,
16bits and 32bits SRAM and DRAM, 6ports PIA, 16lines PIO port,
bidirectional parralele port, onchip MMU, 4Channels DMA controler,
two UARTS.
Its a marvellous microcontroller for routeurs, calculators, etc...
And very easy to use and very cheap:about 500Francs(75Euros)
