[PATCH 2/4] dt-bindings: rpmh-regulator: Update pmic-id property info

[Kamal Wadhwa]

On new targets like Glymur, `pmic-id` will have this new
format `[A-N]_E[0-3]`. Update the property description to
reflect this information.
