[PATCH v3 1/8] dt-bindings: remoteproc: qcom,pas: add thermal mitigation properties

Document Qualcomm PAS remoteproc thermal mitigation properties used for
QMI-based throttling.

Add:
- #cooling-cells (2 or 3)
- tmd-names (thermal mitigation device names)
