Hi Michael,

Thanks for bringing this to attention.  The RPL ELS command has been
obsoleted from Fibre Channel specifications since FC-LS-2, and there
are current plans to remove RPL ELS handling routines from the lpfc
driver entirely.  Therefore, the issue this patch is trying to address
will no longer exist by the next lpfc version update.
