Confirmed, both of the old URLs are dead and the English original
already points at the new ones. Since this patch does sync part of the
file with the English text, I will update both URLs in v2:

http://lwn.net/kernel/ldd3/ -> https://lwn.net/Kernel/LDD3/

I will also check the remaining URLs in the series for the same
problem while I am at it.
