You're right, my mistake. I had copied bias-pull-up for wlan-en from
the downstream DT, so the pin was already high before the rails came
up. My hack also drove it low at probe, and that's what actually fixed
it, not the PDC messages.

With bias-pull-down like on qrd it works without any driver changes,
so I'll add Wi-Fi/BT to the board DT in v3.
