In pre4-3 and pre4-4 the system locks up using netscape 4.72 to access
the page http://home.excite.com. It happens on exiting the page if that
is where I start, or upon entering the page if I start somewhere else.
Pre4-2 and earlier did not exhibit the problem.
I see from a previous message that this problem has been noted by others
and it is believed to be a problem in the glibc version of netscape.
Does this mean the kernel developers are not going to try and develop a
work around until netscape fixes the problem?
