One more item I forgot to mention. If you set the UPGRADE_ON_MOUNT bit
W2K will convert NT4 volumes to W2K volume manager format, then you can
dump the structures and compare the two formats. Take note to study the
NTFS boot sector for it's "reserved sectors" field (hint hint hint).
