Hi!

I think I have a well working and tested (by a bunch of people) version
of the via IDE tuning driver. I'd suggest integrating it into the
current kernel. For use w/ UDMA66, it's needed to specify ide0=ata66 or
ide1=ata66 on the kernel command line.
