Boot fail on AS4100 with -test4

From: Peter Rival (frival@zk3.dec.com)

So I finally got a chance to boot my Alpha AS4100 (Rawhide) back into
Linux today. First thought - grab the latest kernel and see what
happens. Unfortunately, it wasn't so good. :( Apparently our PCI code
doesn't handle KZPSA (DEC proprietary) adapters very well, which caused
the QLogic and FDDI adapters to not be able to be set up. Boot log is
below, as well as output from a "show dev" and "show conf" at the
console. Anyone have any suggestions (hopefully other than "take out
the KZPSA" :)? I've gotten the system to boot on 2.3 kernels (before
the IO-MMU changes, which were just fixed for rawhide recently) and 2.2
kernels as well...
