linux-2.6.0-test9 oops with lvm2

I've got the following oops with pdflush on 2.6.0-test9. I have a
52 disk LVM2 (v2.00.07) volume attached through a pair of Adaptec raid
controllers. It appears to oops after I've created an ext2 filesystem on
the volume and attempt to mount it. I wonder if it might be device
manager related since I see dm_request in the call trace. If there's any
more information I can provide, let me know.

Thanks!
