[PATCH] staging: vt6655: Convert C99 style comments, remove spaces between function definitions and parenthesis

Converted C99 style comments to kernel style guideline complianet comments. Removed spaces between function definitions and parenthesis. These were indicated as problems by checkpatch tool.
