People will notice if you format it right and also -
people sometimes need refreshing on the flow of the
issue re-reading it - keeping the flow from top to
bottom and trimming (no longer) (un)necessary information helps.

On 'corporate' emails people do top-post because the
addressee is 'on top of things' /by definition/;

THIS is not your corporate network, people have their own
errands BEFORE yours.
