Ah, yep. Thanks for pointing out per_cpu_ptr_to_phys().

Ok. It was confusing because the fixmap of that same phys memblock done
by pvclock was broken and I couldn't understand why the hvclock memblock
needed to be looked-up per cpu. Mystery solved.
