I cannot find this change in the patch below, also
this should be done in patch #1/3 not in #3/3.

The code below still uses EXYNOS_TMU_FALL_INT_SHIFT and
EXYNOS5420_TMU_CLEAR_FALL_INT_SHIFT is not defined anywhere.
