[PATCH] openrisc: Fix build failure

Openrisc build fails with

			'EM_OPENRISC' undeclared (first use in this function)

Introduced by commit "ARCH: AUDIT: implement syscall_get_arch for all arches".

Fix by adding a missing include file.
