[PATCH] include/linux/mfd/ti_ssp.h: Remove unused header

The header file include/linux/mfd/ti_ssp.h does not seem to be used
anywhere. It was orphaned by 3033ee62 "mfd: Remove obsolete ti-ssp
driver". Remove it.
