[PATCH 10/15] clk: tz1090: add deleter clock driver
From: James Hogan
Date: Wed Nov 19 2014 - 18:18:30 EST
Add driver for TZ1090 clock deleter, which deletes up to 1023 out of
every 1024 clock pulses. Two of these exist, one for the Meta core and
the other for the system clock.
