[PATCH 5/7] x86/vdso: Merge 32-bit and 64-bit source files

From: Brian Gerst
Date: Sat Aug 29 2015 - 11:21:57 EST

Merge the 32-bit versions of vclock_gettime and note.S into the 64-bit code.
Add some make rules to handle the combined code.
