[BUG] checkpatch warning default switch case

Running
scripts/checkpatch.pl -f drivers/usb/host/ehci-sched.c

I got this
...
ERROR: spaces required around that ':' (ctx:VxE)

...

                }

It seems a correct use of default switch case. Maybe the test concerns
to ternary conditional.
