[PATCH] ptrace: Fix WARNINGs for 'sizeof(X)' instead of 'sizeof X' in ptrace.c

This patch fixes the checkpatch.pl WARNINGs to ptrace.c:

WARNING: sizeof siginfo should be sizeof(siginfo)
