Hi Linus,

Here are the PCI changes I intend for v4.8. Highlights:

- ARM64 support for ACPI host bridges
- New drivers for Axis ARTPEC-6 and Marvell Aardvark
- New pci_alloc_irq_vectors() interface for MSI-X, MSI, legacy INTx
- pci_resource_to_user() cleanup (more to come)
