[PATCH v6 15/15] MIPS: ingenic: Initial GCW Zero support

[Paul Cercueil]

The GCW Zero (http://www.gcw-zero.com) is a retro-gaming focused
handheld game console, successfully kickstarted in ~2012, running Linux.
