[PATCH v7 05/61] Export __set_page_dirty

From: Matthew Wilcox
Date: Mon Feb 19 2018 - 15:05:04 EST

From: Matthew Wilcox <mawilcox@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>

XFS currently contains a copy-and-paste of __set_page_dirty(). Export
it from buffer.c instead.
