[PATCH] MAINTAINERS: Add Sasha as a stable branch maintainer

[Greg Kroah-Hartman]

Sasha has somehow been convinced into helping me with the stable kernel
maintenance.  Codify this slip in good judgement before he realizes what
he really signed up for :)
