Please use flags from include/dt-bindings/interrupt-controller/irq.h for
the last argument. One day I would also like to get rid of IRQ_TYPE_NONE
in favor of proper values, but this needs a lot of testing and digging
in the datasheets.

We can use the proper regulator name as the one from schematic -
VARM_1.2V_C210. The 'vdd_arm' hack is no longer needed once the
