Where have you noted the dependency in the patch? Without that, I
assume you just didn't run 'make dt_binding_check' and the maintainer
doesn't know to check that the dependency is applied.

error(s), then make sure 'yamllint' is installed and dt-schema is up to
date:
pip3 install dtschema --upgrade
