Well there exists a product called phyCORE-i.MX 8M Plus which also is supported in the linux kernel.
That is why I say "existing".

There is only one board, which is the Libra FPSC board.
This board has a BGA where any FPSC-24-A.0 compatible SoM may be soldered to.
For SBCs where the phyCORE-i.MX 8M Plus FPSC SoM is mated with the Libra board, the name
Libra-i.MX 8M Plus FPSC is used.
