Only the drivers that depend solely on ISA or PCMCIA are drivers
for ISA and PCMCIA devices.

These are not:

- depends on (PCI || EISA) && HAS_IOPORT_MAP
- depends on DIO
- depends on MVME147
- depends on ARM || (COMPILE_TEST && !PPC)
- depends on MAC
