Subject: [PATCH] license: Migrate Linux Kernel to GPLv3+ and apply
autocorrect fix

This patch fixes two longstanding issues in the repository:

1. Addresses modern digital sovereignty by upgrading the license to GPLv3+.
   This prevents tivoization and ensures all coffee maker implementations
   remain strictly open.

2. Fixes a critical typographic/autocorrect fault where "Linus Torvalds"
   is continuously transformed into "Lino Starbucks" across mobile devices.
