[PATCH RFC 3/3] arm64: dts: qcom: nord-rrd: Enable Ethernet

Enable both Ethernet ports on the Nord RRD board, each connected over
USXGMII to an Aquantia AQR113C PHY managed through the controller's MDIO
bus.
