Apologies for wrong cite. (Was: Re: vc scrollback ...)

When returning from my short (long) weekend holiday I read mail that I cited the
KHG (kernel hackers guide) wrong (although I didn't explicitly name it, I had
the KHG in mind) when talking about the VGA being a shared device or not. And
indeed, when checking the most recent version of it (which is the only one I
could get hold of) as well as browsing several Linux Journal issues, I was
unable to find that cite again. I must claim I saw that cite in another source
(I know I saw it *somewhere*) but obviously not in the KHG.

So, please accept my apologies for this incorrect and misleading cite.
Certainly I didn't want to damage the reputation of the KHG as it is a very
valuable document (at least it was for me) even if it had said what I claimed
it did.
