I'm one of the unfortunates who's had _hideous_ trouble with his 3c590
card. Notice "had", I'm now running on a pretty patched driver which isn't
falling over in hurry. Previously I would get "transmitter access
conflict" a few times a day (we're on a busy net and running plenty of
servers, including a quake one!).
As v0.40 _isn't_ stable, I recommend people with stability problems check
out

It is built on a v0.30 base.
Post any feedback here and cc: it to me, since people are threatening to
put v0.40 in 2.0.31... not good...
