Abit controversy driving me crazy

Okay, I hear a 100 people praising the Abit LX6, and a 100 people downing
it.

I am trying to decide between the Abit and Asus boards. I am not concerned
with
overclocking the board. I will be using a 2940 and Matrox Mill II AGP card
with
128 megs of ECC ram. Does anyone know of any problems with the Abit under
this configuration? (Running RH 5.0 that is)
