This seems to be what caused the trouble. I moved -k to the right place
which is after the module name in the options line and the module loads
again.
The next question I have is this: When I load the sound modules the
first time it says AWE32-0.4.2c (RAM2048k). In earlier kernels this came
from awe_wave.o but this module is not loaded yet. If I try to load
awe_wave.o I it says AWE32: I/O-area already used.
I'm just wondering what is the correct way to load the sound modules and
if this behaviour is correct/expected.
Cheers
Kjartan
