PPP Demand Dial Weird in 2.1.94

Beginning with 2.1.94, I am seeing some weird behavior with my PPP server--
it autodisconnects right in the middle of a session, and at other times stays
up even when the line is idle.

I have PPP built as a module, and I noticed messages at bootup about modules
that I had "blocked out" in the modules.conf file, so it may be related to the
autoloader stuff.

I had upgraded from 2.1.91, which worked fine in that respect.
