Modular Sound Mark 3

ftp.uk.linux.org:/pub/linux/alan/Sound now has the revision 3 patch
for modular sound. This fixes a couple of compile/config glitches, and
loadable firmware

Thomas and Andrew backported the other 2.1.x non OSS drivers so this also
now features Ensoniq 1370/1371 support, S3 SonicVibes and Turtle Beach
multisound support.
