Regardless of what other groups may have done, or may be
doing, this is linux-kernel. What matters here in terms of
licensing are only the issues that directly pertain to the
kernel.
Also, not a single bit flowing across the list is going
to matter in the real world. Licensing issues and legality are
for the courts to decide.
Step back, and ask yourself if you really need to reply
to one of those posts; the odds are you won't have to, and we
can let it die a peaceful death.
I really don't want to have to start filtering my
inbox again; Everyone, please use your best judgement and
remember that there are thousands of people who will receive
a post.
