new nicstar driver

Which one between the frle0.22 and the Prior's nicstar driver is to be
choosen to work on, from the point of view of the stability and future
development?

I read in the list that Prior is somewhat debugging his driver; moreover the
driver is for a newer linux kernel, so I'd choose this one, but are there
anything I am missing about the evolution of the frls0.22 one?
