2.3.3 : unresolved symbol blk_ioctl

The subject says it (almost) all. It's needed by (for me):
ide-mod, rd, and floppy. I tried to make a quick patch, but
it didn't work and I don't have time to look for the reason
right now. Gotta get some sleep too.
