/dev/sda1 looks nice, but it's not practical expecially if you have a few
hard drives in the machine (say 3, id0 id1 and id2), and you remove the one
that's on id1. Now sdc is sdb. The cdrom's aren't as bad since most people
don't mount them at bootup.
P.S. SCSI roulett (sp?) is real fun.
