Hello,

today I got the following oops while kmod tried to insert the
BusLogic module. This is with 2.3.5-ac1.

Options used: -V (default)
-o /lib/modules/2.3.5-ac1 (specified)
-k /proc/ksyms (default)
-l /proc/modules (default)
-m /boot/System.map-2.3.5-ac1 (specified)
-c 1 (default)
-a - same as ksymoops (default)

Warning in compare_ksyms_lsmod, module BusLogic is in lsmod but not in ksyms, probably no symbols exported

Well, yeah ... I suppose there's no point in getting greedy, is there?
